Welcome to Aspelund Energy Consulting

Aspelund Energy Consulting is a sole proprietorship that together with the industry seeks to develop better energy processes for the future. Audun Aspelund has a master degree (Sivilingeniør) in Mechanical Engineering from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has several years of experience in analysis and design of energy systems and processes. He is currently finishing a PhD in process design at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), during which he also spent one and a half year at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA.

The core areas of expertise are process simulation, Pinch Analysis, Exergy Analysis and Optimization.
